Yeah, we ended up having a deal on something else and he paid me $20.00 for the new userbar set as opposed to the $15.00 we agreed on.

After reading the book inside your spoiler, I reached these conclusions:
-(S)He sends way too much pointless messages for some reason
-(S)He has a lack of... everything related to common sense?
-(S)He is quite stubborn
-(S)He seems to have severe mental problems
