Rather than having separate categories for separate states, why not just put everybody from United States under one another and Have the states next to them.
EX:
United States
Ryan
Kirito (Washington)
Username(State)
Yolo(Florida)
Etc(Etc)
It'd look more appealing if it looked liked this IMO. You should put the states in alphabetical order, with those who don't provide it at top or bottom.
