Honestly, the best we can do is stay informed without letting it overwhelm us. It’s cool to be aware and talk about what's happening, but also important to take a step back and not get too wrapped up in the doom and gloom. People have gotten through tough times before, and we can do it again.
So, hang in there, keep the conversations going, and remember to take care of yourselves!
