Sadly most of these bans have no relevance to young people using the platform as they're generally only banning gov employees using it. Most are not country-wide bans.

To be fair, I've not read into how exactly they're enforcing these bans on gov employees. How exactly are they stopping people from using tiktok on their mobile data/home devices?
