Sort of. Still working with law enforcement. I already know who did it, so it's only a matter of how long they take to arrest him.

Once the prosecutors office knows who they are it takes about 4 months to go to court. He'll end up with 100 sum hours of community service.

Probably a few years in the slammer. It's considered a federal offense.
