I put 3 alarms in the morning, so the first wakes me 30%, the second 30% and the third wakes me up fully.

Put your alarm at the other end of the room, it helps

put your alarm clock on the other side of the bedroom...if that doesn't work, hide it before you go to bed so you have to turn on the light to find it when it goes off.

Like others said, put your phone away from arm's reach. You should also keep a consistent schedule to form a habit, it gets easier.

put your alarm clock on the table far away from the bed and schedule your day tight so that you have something to do starting from the morning

I have one alarm wants to snooze it but can’t as I won’t get a parking space

Just tell yourself that you need to wake up early

Sometimes the body naturally wakes you up at a certain time of it remembers stuff

Maybe don’t listen to what I am saying

I hate alarms, they are a bad way to start the morning. I like to use a full spectrum light on my bedside table that is set on a timer. Feels like the warm glow of the sun on my face and it is silent! After 10-20 mins of that I have energy and just stretch and get up naturally. Anyone can be a morning person if you fix your sleep routine. Assuming you don't have a fucked up night shift type job. Also getting directly into a nice shower can help.

Discipline, no other way around it to be honest.

Once you get up on time and build that habit, it will come naturally. Same thing with going to the gym or trying to adopt a new healthy habit.

Coffee helps me get out, I really enjoy making my morning cup and always look forward to getting out of bed to make and have it. So some sort of routine that involves something you look forward to
