I feel you. I realized that I was depressed when I knew it wasn't normally to rarely feel happy and constantly feeling alone. Hsving the belief that it is my responsibility to create better circumstances in my life has helped and believing that I am capable of that has helped.

Honestly I have no clue its right in the middle right now, depression all time high but Ive been trying to dig myself out fora while now
