Depends on what victory is. Russia can claim that they won anytime, even if they withdraw, since they say that their goal is demilitarization.

It's part of history brother, Russia will pressure Ukraine, they will give more than half of the contry to Putin.
The other half will be abandoned from ucranians and will be named the "New Israel" since the war between Gaza and Israel will be a lose for the israelis after a little time.
