What performance Issues are you experiencing?
It's definitely a good score, but based on UB results, some components are underperforming. I experience frame skips during light gaming. If I have 40+ tabs on chrome running and open a large file the entire pc just freezes and becomes choppy for the next few minutes. I have 32gigs of 3200mhz ram. Not sure what's going on.  Haven't gamed heavily on it yet so I don't know how it would be fair. I have run a few stress tests though, and it always randomly freezes through the tests.
Are the PC's resources heavily occupied?
No, that's what confused me. I readjusted the core and memory clock for the GPU and it seems a little better. I'm gonna try some games out and see if it still persists,

My 3dMark Time spy score is:

Overall:20,298
Graphics: 21,581
CPU: 15184

Ryzen 9 5900x and Nvidia 3090ti (GPU is undervolted for near silent operation)

Hit a clean Installation of Windows with only the drivers Installed and the bare necessities to benchmark It - both physically, and online. Do not Install anything else. See how It performs thereafter.

If you're still experiencing the same Issue(s), It's very likely to be a hardware Issue.

The overall score between yours and mine Is almost the same. My GPU Is greater but your CPU kills mine.
