I know that I have to go with it and leave it behind but I'm kinda unique in caring and avoiding harms to other "Except trolling some time on discord xD".

As you said just like a sponge when someone, a friend, a family member is sad I fell it so bad. I think my nature of work , past event had thier own effect on todays Kurdy's personality.

Being an emotional sponge isn't a bad thing. You have great compassion and understand others better if so. It's just something you have to learn to manage and control so it doesn't affect your mental health too much!

It takes a lot of conscious effort to change speech behavior around swearing! Now my siblings are grown up and my family feel free to swear more, I notice we all swear hell of a lot more.
