Well, I can survive in hell or summer but I don't really wanna live in a place which is below 10 celcius.

During the middle of winter around 30 years ago, temperatures dropped well below 0ยบ Celsius, but not nowadays. The coldest Is around 1-2 degrees, which Is my Ideal weather.
