If you wanna communicate, there are countless means that aren't Telegram. You have 1-on-1 Discord, you have site PM's, Kik, Instagram, etc. There are many means, and from my experience Telegram is mainly used either by pure professional business men or scammers. No middle ground.

I wouldn't say that it's always so clean cut, as channels aren't always strictly business. If channels were entirely transactional, we wouldn't have to handle it on a case-by-case basis. While these channels did contain services/sales, they were also functioning as other communities and sharing content we explicitly forbid.
