No, you would not be able to track and find the location of one specific GPU. The best bet is that you'd know what computer that GPU belongs to and track that system as a whole, but that's assuming the parent system.

All im saying is you are more likely to be able to do that on a windows computer
than on a linux one. If you didint know that microsoft have inbuilt stuff that collect user data used for survelliance.

As we were saying, it's not totally impossible that Nvidia sends hardware info including mac adresses to their servers when you're installing the official drivers, for example. And if they get a subpoena, they could then track at least the IP linked to that.

I did mention a potential way. But for just the GPU alone, no. And also, if you have any shred of doubt about the NVIDIA driver not sending identifying data out, you could always wireshark it. Though it's admittedly very boring to watch.
