Do you think this will help? Taxes are everywhere

Still not any single answer from them. I hope they're alright, and they didn't end up in jail precisely for "tax ev@sion".

First you know your enemy first you'll know how to deal with it.

In fairness, where I'm from, I don't have to do jack shit to manage my taxes. It's all automated via my employment. If I overpay, I get a nice little cheque/payout at the end of the tax year. It's blissful xD Family members of mine that used to be self-employed, would spend a little time just filling out forms online and that was theirs done.

Similar to myself. I don't own any property yet and haven't exchanged stock I've bought into dollars yet so all my taxes are income and product based which I don't even have to think of, I usually just get a few hundred dollar rebate at the end of the year. When I hear stories of American's trying to figure out their taxes every year I'm definitely grateful.

I didn't even consider property. That's a good point!
Unfortunately, I may have to face the American tax system one day. I feel like I'm going to "need to know a guy". As in, someone savvy with how to fill out all the forms properly. I do not want to pay money just for a professional to help me figure it all out xD

If you are trading crypto, sometimes filling your taxes might be in your favor. A great tool is koinly to get an estimate (for free).
