What they think Is Immaterial. A VPN Isn't always used for malicious/Illegal purposes.

Given the Internet Is packed with hackers, trackers and countless Information gathering services, simply protecting your privacy and remaining anonymous Is paramount.

what i've meant is that they're too much of a boomer to understand that a vpn isn't mainly used for that type of activities, most people use them to be more private

i use a vpn because i don't trust isps in my country

If you were always running behind a VPN, then your ISP would have no grounds to cancel/suspend your connection as stated.

Though, It's testing your Internet connection and not the performance/latency of your PC. It should register a better speed than that.

In terms of the result on your cell phone, It's a pretty good Improvement.
