Windows has that as a feature. You can use a folder or a group of images as a slideshow.

I know but he sent three different images of his Desktop that just made me to ask if he is changing it frequently or using Auto change feature.

Actually, I'm pretty sure It was Internet Explorer 3.0.

It was 25 years ago, so It's difficult to remember that far back. Prior to Windows 95, I was using the good old 16-bit "Windows 3.1", but cannot recall Its default browser- that was close to 30 years ago.
