If you're using a wallet like Coinbase or Blockchain, it's pretty much assumed they have logs of your IP, as well as purchases/transactions. You should also worry about your ISP, VPN, or network administrator.

No, it's not.

There are ways to make it anonymous-ish, but that wasn't the main design goal. The goal was to solve the double-spend problem without a central agency.

It has less to do with public/private keys, and more to do with the fact that all transactions are public record on the blockchain. It makes it pretty easy to turn up during a forensic accounting audit.
