I've powered through a cold with hot sauce before. Works just like the jalapeno thing.

Yeah. What makes it better is that I love spicy food, so it is sort of a good thing.

I'm not sure of your state at the time of this posting, but I hope you are feeling better by now. I'd offer my practices to get over being sick, but I almost never really get that kinda sick, and everyone has already offered anything I would have suggested anyway, so I figured I'd at least send a positive message of concern *^_^*
