It doesn't have to be purely torrent right? I can upload via mediafire to share files with everyone here. I think this is a good idea but we need a lot of replies here from members whether they'll find this a good feature.

Legally you would be okay as long as you don't host the files (movies games etc) on your site and only provide download links to the .torrents which can be hosted on your site.

Wrong. Just because you are not HOSTING the content does not mean you aren't liable for the fact that the linked files are illegal. If I link you to child porn, I'm liable for that.
