my new internet speed test is 61.2 Mbps download 11.7 Mbps for upload.

Oh I thought you were suffering significant speed reductions. A speed like that and paying for 100 Mbps is usually normal.

I have 250 mbps download and 25 mbps upload, but keep in mind theres a difference between Mbps and Mb/s.

So it's a basic package that cost $40/m ish. It's been okay. Like I use internet on my phone a lot more than I do at home anyway tbh.

Here in Australia, our absolute maximum is 100mbs AND that's after you spend extra $ to get a "speed boost"

I didn't know Australia has speeds like that, maybe I'm thinking of elsewhere. The US isn't even in the top 10 when it comes to internet speeds though.
