Make sure your sleeping environment is dark, quiet, and cool. Avoid caffeine and sugar close to bedtime.

I like to watch movies, background noise helps a lot.

Smoke some weed generally. Make sure the room is fully dark.

Early dinner + not using screens prior to bed = solid advice.
Ideally get some sunlight in the morning too.

Be careful with melatonin : sweet on paper, yet potentially harmful.
Not an easy supplement, dosage is tricky af.
Users sometimes report intense "melatonin nightmares", too.

Instead, perhaps :
- Magnesium (bisglycinate)
- Ashwagandha (600mg)

It will knock you down in no time, no doubt.
How about waking up tho? 🙈

Smoked marijuana and oral Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) reduce REM sleep. Moreover, acute administration of cannabis appears to facilitate falling asleep and to increase Stage 4 sleep. Difficulty sleeping and strange dreams are among the most consistently reported symptoms of acute and subacute cannabis withdrawal. Longer sleep onset latency, reduced slow wave sleep and a REM rebound can be observed. Prospective studies are needed in order to verify whether sleep disturbances during cocaine and cannabis withdrawal predict treatment outcome.
Not the green pill you asked for, sorry Biggrin
Still, one should be aware if serious about sleep quality...

Start a habit on sleeping early, don't drink coffee. Go sun gaze so you will get those melatonin and will make yourself feel tired.
