RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - Mason195 - 02-24-2023 I've been having trouble sleeping lately, too. For the fifth day in a row, I've been waking up 10 times every night for no reason and trying to go back to sleep within 10 minutes. Because of this, I don't sleep well, I think it's because I spend a lot of time at the computer and on the phone. RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - Octagon - 02-28-2023 I stopped consuming caffeine entirely except for very rare days in which I think it's necessary. While most of it should be out of your system if you drink it in the morning, I strongly suspect that at least trace amounts could disrupt your sleep even as much as 24 hours later. Otherwise, you're supposed to be screen-free for about an hour before trying to sleep. But I've never bothered attempting that.
