IIRC when I installed my arch it said I didnt have enough hard disk space, I allocated around 16 gigs each for the VM's. I had to go back and change that to 32 gig and it worked first go. I also didnt partition my drive into multiple partitions, used ext4, and sda1. IDK If I read it right but looked like you have around 5 gigs hard disk space?

Also, I allows the entire drive to be under that root / directory. There is an option to manually select it in the GUI of the install.

my problem was this!
1) Boot partition

2) Root partition

3) Swap partition *
it is 60 gigs.
I could not do the install past that point.
