My first anime was Sword Art Online. Although now I can see the flaws and plot holes in it I loved it when I first watched it.

What's just come to mind, Is Mike, Lu & Og. I loved It back In the late 90s.
Has anyone watched or come across It? If my memory serves me correctly, I've yet to experience a single member who has.

I would say Pokemon but I was never crazy into it, and I thought it was just another American cartoon show until I was a lot older. So I don't really count it. My friend in highschool got me to watch Bleach, and that's what really got me into Anime. Though I can't say I ever finished the whole thing, and definitely much prefer other shows.

Dragonball Z Kai(dubbed) so I don't even count it. Saw like 1 episode of Naruto and felt is was too boring for me at the time(I was like 5). First anime then is Deathnote

Tenchi Muyo. I used to catch it on the international channel. Id watched DBZ before this, but don't really count it because TM is what got me like into Anime. I didnt even realize DBZ wasn't a cartoon when I watched it lol. Same with like, Metabots.
