Yeah, that's it.
i downloaded the runescape login site using htrack now how can i edit the webpage in notepad to make it send to like my email or soemthing?
1. Edit the post above because, you don't need to double post.
2. Yes, it's safe to download.
3. You will need to either run a web server OR, find a hosting that can support this although, it will be hard to find.
4. Do you have any experience doing stuff like this?

no i do not have any experience doing this and it is safe is it easy to setup on that site you told me to download off of?
