I'm sure you've noticed the difference, I know I certainly have. Speaking of removing bad sodas/toxins, I did  liver cleansing diet quite a while back, and the difference In overall health and well-being was remarkable.

I actually eat cow liver once a week for dinner. It is very cheap and extremely rich in iron, but obviously I don't eat it on a daily basis as I could die from iron overdose.

Can't go wrong with liver- very healthy.

Any commodity consumed excessively, can have a negative Impact. Water Is definitely good for you, but try drinking 20 liters In a space of an hour.

Water is more than good for you. Water is you.

Yep, true indeed. Isn't it 80% of water in your body and the 20% was air or something? (Forgot)

Well, it isn't set in stone; it differs between people.

Agree.

However try drinking 20 liters In a hour, or even worse, In 20 minutes.

I would drown before I got that far.

Exactly my point.

On a realistic note, you can't go wrong with drinking water. Once you leave sodas behind and get accommodated to water, you come to realize It's the best move you've made.

  • Water pretty regularly, like four or five glasses on an average day
  • Tea most-every day, got some decent quality matcha and then the usual oolong stuff at all times
  • Raw milk with meals, I know it's not as healthy as the other "low-fat pasteurized whatever" stuff but it's just what you get when you have cattle and like to make cheese/sell all the pasteurized stuff off anyways
  • Kvass maybe twice weekly since I usually have some
  • Mead when I'm feeling a bit funky or want something sweet-ish to drink which is maybe a few times a month tops

I haven't had soda in a few months being that the only occasions I have it are when the stuff I like actually somehow comes to town (Schweppes Bitter Lemon and Baikal). If I have it I'll add maybe a bit every week, if not then I just don't have soda unless there's no clean water around. Some peoples houses do have pretty bad well water and no filters or softener in the line around here out of sheer laziness or constantly drinking only soda and beer so I figure it's better than being sick for two days anyways.

Can confirm humans are 100% water and air.

Sources: I am 100% water and air. Tongue

Good to read.

I did It for a period of 7 weeks and although It was quite difficult during the first two of those weeks, the remaining five became second nature. My first junk food after the diet was potato chips. I honestly struggled to eat the lot- It was quite distasteful.
