As there may be something easier, this has worked best for me and hopefully for others. No need for apps or alternative websites to get the images. If the person has their profile private but accepted your 'follow' request, this would be handy since alternative websites normally just have access to only public posts like Pintaram, Ipopam, etc.

Is there a process for an Iphone to do such thing since, inspect element isn't really an option for a apple product/smart phone.

I lack experience for iOS but this should work for you. Entering view-source: in front of the URL does not work?

Surely a simple print screen is a lot quicker than this? Thats how I would save images on Instagram if I needed to, then they can just be cropped down.

That does makes sense however this way will give you the fullest quality of the image. Sometimes the image size will be smaller than it is via print screen/screenshot.

From Asura paragraph, you won't get the fullest quality of the photo and plus, you would have to zoom right in to get the corner and drag it across to the other.
Very time consuming.

Agree.

I use a portable tool when taking screenshots, that allows to select a specific region. Choose the entire screen or otherwise, and It'll capture the region with ease.

The quality loss would not be massive though. And it is a lot more time consuming doing what you explained, rather than just screens hotting and then cropping it down. If the quality is good quality (usually are if they are on instagram) there wouldn't be a huge loss of quality
