Over 90% of what you read online defines hacking with malicious Intent. Even one of the most reliable entities being Merriam-Webster can't get It right.

Though I lack any technical and personal expertise, from the little I DO know, I definitely lean towards mothered's perspective. However, I have a habit of preferring to view things from a multiple-factor perspective. Rarely are behaviours defined by one singular thing. There's often many things at play when it comes to human behaviour, and I genuinely believe that applies to the hackers, especially given how broad that term is.

You are absolutely right.
People all over the forums are two-faced,
They say don't scam and hack, and on another post they are teaching people how to exploit layer 7 and how to hack ss7...
Don't act like you don't know you are all swimming in a pile of bad guys
But I must say - that this specific forum is the cleanest I've seen so far
