Someone else I asked said it's ambigious.

He's not right it's only 9 there can't be two solutions...he makes it so complicated, neither division or multiplication are more priority than the other, so therefore you do the rest of the problem from left to right as you would read a book.

Oh shit I forgot, yeah it's 9 I kept thinking it was 1 sorry my bad. I still was right though with the left to right...sorry anar you're wrong

PEMDAS: Please Excuse My Dope Ass Swag

Edit: It depends on how the division is done, many people say it can be 9 too. When I solved it in my head I viewed it as a fraction.

Sorry I meant god to be right, you were actually wrong. Wen you do the rest of the problem you go from left to right as if you're reading a book.

Haha you were confusing the shit out of me. I did the problem like 10 times to make sure I wasn't doing backwards.

Yeah, it's poorly written is the issue. Depending on which calculator you type it into, you could get a different answer. After reading a bit more, I'd have to say the answer is 9. The video explains why it's debatable, although I would simply tell someone to write the problem without inline division.
