Federal peace officer I guess would be the title. My division works in unison with agencies such as the NSA and Secret Service to investigate domestic terrorism threats and acts.

We work in conjunction with them on some cases. Location and circumstances usually dictate who has jurisdiction.

Sometimes. Most of the time it's just sitting around being on the internet which is what I do anyway so it's not that bad.
