No need for the media creation tool. You can download the ISO directly from Microsoft.

There's still the need to run the MediaCreationTool.exe file.

You then have the option to download the ISO file thereafter.

Without mentioning specifics, there's a few methods to activate Windows 10.

Like Hastybuns said, if you're not looking to edit your theme and you don't mind being locked out of a few options, you can install the Windows provided and use it for an indefinite time. However, you could also use KMSSpico to activate your Windows, though I doubt that it's fully legal to do so.

It works and does not contain viruses, but Windows defender will see it as one each time you're AutoKMS will run to re-activate your Windows.
