Depends, now for teleportation I am assuming you mean something akin to Goku's Instant Transmission Technique, where he move from one point to another instantly and not something like teleportation we are currently developing where you are dematerialized(aka killed) and then rematerialized at your destination(aka your exact copy arrives). If you are talking about anime type then sure teleportation is hands down far better than any flight ability, but if you are talking about the hard science type then I would prefer to take my time and fly there.

Fly, definitely. I love heights, and I've promised myself that one day I'm going to skydive and/or basejump. Teleporting just seems kind of boring to me in a way.

Teleportation. If I had an ability like this, I wouldn't want people knowing it. Flying, everyone will see if you fly, but teleporting, howerver is quite safe. Just go hide somewhere, teleport & bam! Discreet!

That's the main reason (traffic) I avoid driving where possible, and catch public transport Instead. Traffic drives me Insane.

I don't think you guys realize that if you could fly, you could just fly over the traffic?
To me, flying seems like the most obvious choice between the two. The only downside I can think of, is that you can't fly through walls.

Teleportation may be less 'fun', but it is much more practical.
