He was on the beach right? You know how easy it is to loose it on sand? All it would take is for his tires to loose grip. Some bystanders in the wrong place and now he has charges of manslaughter on top of fleeing and eluding.

You've made some very valid points.
The positive to this Is, he's made himself known (by the video recording that concludes his actions) and any subsequent acts of similar nature, will not happen.
