Not sure about the trunk, but the leaves definitely seem fake.

Most likely the lowest portion where people can walk up and feel it is a cored out palm tree, but you can clearly see where they bolted on the top part meaning that portion is fake. The tree bit if real would have to be cored out so they can run the proper cables through it and most likely treated so the bark doesn't show that it is dead.
But actually, it is very nice

Thank goodness. I was going to ask, how has nobody noticed it's a cell-phone tower?
I guess it looks nicer - but I suspect more cumbersome to maintain.

Everyone makes typos, but the "C" Is nowhere near the "P" on the qwerty keyboard, nor on a cell phone numeric keypad.
That said, It's easily done though by simply thinking of a similar sounding word.
