Laws are intended to be confusing, if you knew exactly what to do and when to do it you would never make a mistake, which costs governments money.

Out of thousands of offensive facebook posts over about 6 years now Ive never once been banned I think.
But then again Switzerland with a less population probably monitors their shit as much as possible.
