You could automate a password reset via HTTP and SMS if you have access to their phone. API hooking or credential harvesting for PC. I don't think bruteforce is an option. You could go for a classic phishing page.

Bruteforcing is not an option, its completely idiotic. What he could do is use a wordlist.
Another thing is as you mention, to set up a phishing page, based on the intelligence of the thread-maker i would suggest phishing page as you wrote as well.

Those sites are all scams. The best hacking method is phishhing. Though the account is infinitely high in facebook security it is difficult to get the account forever.
