Of course this was purely hypothetical. I mean hypothetically making the firecrackers yourself or purchasing out of state without a toll booth, and cash as well as gloves and a solid alibi would do. But that's hypothetical.
No but seriously I would call the cops next time. That's a domestic disturbance. That or talk with your land lord. You pay rent to live there and it is unacceptable for that kind of behavior. The cops might even find something bad in their apartment (it's actually common for cops to find out about "bad shit" through simple disturbance calls.

I had this last night which is why I'm posting so late on this thread.
There was someone on their phone about 100m down the road yelling and complaining about some shit on the phone, it was like 3am LIKE WE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP PLEASE SHUT THE ACTUAL FUCK UP.
