Just a suggestion, when offering a test hit, you should request a small deposit of funds.

This way, you don't lose out and neither does the potential customer- both are fulfilled. The customer with the take down of a given site for a short period, and yourself with payment received for the test service you're offering. If the customer decides to go ahead with the service, the balance of funds Is payable.

In any business you must provide samples or proof or the quality of your stuff, a lot of possible clients try it, few indeed buy, that's the way it works, in my opinion... If he wants profit, a merchant must be friendly and accept time wasting with his clients.
(I graduated a marketing course, and that's the basic in any business, if you are not friendly and accept compromises - no clients- no profit..)
But keep an eye open in the future bro and negotiate from the start clear rules!

He's a time waster AND a scammer. I payed him $80 for his Amazon service almost a month ago and ever since he has made me wait and right now has just outright ignored me for weeks.

I mean isnt the piont of a test to tell if the user wants the product or not? Its like me asking for a sample then getting banned from the story for not buying the product that i sampled.

You're most welcome.

I wish you all the very best with your service. Given the nature of the attacks, I believe It's very reasonably priced.

Spoiler:
I do admit, those people suck. It's really not something we can ban on, though.
A more appropriate analogy would be people who go to the grocery stores to take all the sames without buying anything.

Assuming you misspelled samples, that's what I meant.
