Congrats with the Outlander. In my locality, they're pretty reliable vehicles.
They are very reliable, mine's in impeccable condition. Meanwhile if you drive my Taurus.........you're probably going to die because it will stall...and lock the steering...and kick when you drive it...so many things wrong with the Taurus, but no the Outlander is perfect

Amazing, I had similar Issues to yours with the Taurus. Mine was also stalling and just continual problems with the motor.
Excellent choice with the Outlander though. With question, you won't regret It.

Alternator recently went bad. The only thing it's good for is a Tannerite target. (If you're not a gun nut, or in America, Tannerite is an explosive target)

My father is getting a settlement check because of a lawsuit, he intends to spend some of it on a new truck.
Side question guys, what do you think is better? A Chevy Silverado, or a Toyota Tundra?

Toyota Tundras are quite nice cars if he hasn't settled on one yet.

I like Chevy, but I did have a relative with a Tundra and it worked great.
