yes, if i did, but that's not what i said i used it as a comparison to what he said. of course if i bought an album and shared it freely it doesn't make it legal.

Depends on which are on which you live in, and also wether or not your website's host allows it. But as far as in the United States it is illegal, not sure if anything would actually happen.

I doubt you'll get in trouble for 1 or 2 databases. Sites like publicdb.host are still online as well and provide a ton of public databases. That does NOT mean it's legal though. Check your countries laws to make sure it isn't illegal.

There are hosts that allow it and some that dont
