I get this a lot but I'm old enough to buy alcohol so it helps. Not like majorly getting wankered on it every night but when you get that urge its nice to have a nice cold pint/bottle and a cigarette in your hand. Good luck at the doctors, if that doesn't help and it isn't the meds then try researching some sort of techniques to channel your urges and energy into something else less violent and possibly productive.

I won't be taking that shit anymore.
