If you're interested in Anime, we got an entire section for anime.
On topic, PIA isn't that expensive it's like 7$ a month and you're pretty well protected. I don't know what you need the VPN for, but don't trust free (and some paid) VPN companies. CyberGhost also has a free plan but they'll most likely sell your data to 3rd parties.

But here's how I thought of it:
-I like math and my real name starts with Pi, Pi(or π) is a mathematical constant, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, commonly approximated as 3.14159.
-Than, i wanted something that would sound awesome like GOD, but PiGod doesn't look awesome so I checked a couple of translations and saw that the Japanese term for god is "kami"
Added those two together and got "Pikami", witch I now use as my Username.

The VPN works, but can't open ports in the free version,
"Currently Pro and Premier users will be able to use this port forwarding function, it will be premier plan exclusive when this is out of beta. "
