I had this problem years ago. It developed for me as a teenager with raging hormones and nothing to do. Basically, you need to remove all temptation and resources from your life. It's a hard habit to break. Replace the urge with something else. Do like 20 push-ups or even read a book when you feel the compulsion to pull one out. You will eventually replace the habit with another. That's about all you can do. You're going to have to trash all the porn you have if you truly want to kick this habit. Hope this helped. Good luck!

I handle that kind of thing pretty well, but apparently nobody else my age does
The CITs do solos where we go out into the woods and make our own food, set up our tents, etc, alone for an entire day, and I think I was the only one who wasn't doing wrist aerobics all night.
