This can only happen to you. This Is one reason I enjoy this board- you never cease to amaze me.
Tape the "Shift" key down to the keyboard, thereby you can then post (as you usually so) all In lowercase.

Why don't you just open your on-screen keyboard and turn of the caps-lock key through there?
