RE: Coping with depression - Silence - 10-27-2016 For you to answer Coping with depression you need to know how you're depressed. I myself have been 'diagnosed' with MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) and I've had it since Elementary School. (My ex-therapist was not good at her job, I don't think MDD causes a feeling of emotionless for 3+ years and an apathetic consciousness. She shouldn't be a therapist and she shouldn't be allowed to diagnose.) Types of Depression

How can you do something you enjoy when you are apathetic and don't enjoy anything anymore? That's a VERY common thing to have when depressed, anything you enjoyed doing becomes nothing to you and it's a pain to do it. |
