You seem to have a strong belief in your religion. All the threads you posted are rather...interesting to say the least. I am no believer of any religion let alone one that deals with alchemy and spells. As far as I can see, it deals a lot more psychologically than physically. When it comes down to teachings of this nature, the mind can take over more than the host. Placebo is very likely in this case. One risks their sanity. Their ability to comprehend general emotions, and call it something else, such as magic.

Not particularly - it's actually a pretty even balance of psychological and physical workings. As I said in the previous comment, placebo may be the case for basic things cast upon the self, however when it is cast on an unknowing subject and still works without any other logical explanation why, over and over and over again, there's a different explanation than placebo or experimentation bias.

Of course; it's very much possible. But why cast a spell on ya when I can teach you to do it yourself and become self-sufficient with it? ^^

To prove your point. If you cannot do that, then you cannot teach it either. Simple logic. So now, cast a spell on someone here and let us see it come true. If it doesn't, then you've been proven wrong. No wait, let me guess. You don't wanna do that right? If it proves to be fake then it was just a "rare case" am I right? Tell you what. If we can agree on; "If it doesn't go as I say now, then I am mistaken entirely" then feel free to try and prove your point.
