Looks amazing dude.
You could try to do a .gif version and have the text go through a slight rainbow transition that loops.

I did do a .gif version, but it was like.. Ended up shitty 'cause the color limit of .gifs.
Too many colors on here man.

Lmao, well honestly that could be what he wanted it for, I really don't know.
He was gonna use it for another forum, gave me the dimensions and what he wanted, I don't even know if it was really a signature or if it was a userbar.
He's also banned now, so can't even ask him what he was gonna use it for.
