Try contacting support from say YouTube, and ask for the email etc they'll probably say something like 'if you know this email you should recognise it, the email is Bu****Boy@Gmail.com'

There would be no possible way, if you don't know any details but the password, there's no way of getting it back unfortunately, not even phone support could help you there.
