Have you started working towards this career? Even at the age of thirteen or fourteen I would highly suggest starting. This is one of the hardest careers to get into, but I wish you the best of luck on your endeavours.
Not yet i need to find a college that has all this for me near me
I mean you said designer, so you want to be the brainstorming, drawing up entities, drawing flowcharts etc? Or do not want to be the developer coding and actually making the game?
If you did mean designer should come up with ideas NOW. Get out a A3 piece of paper, think of a game and brainstorm it. Draw a flow diagram. Honestly. I don't think you understand how competitive that job scene is. Assuming you actually want to be a designer and not a developer. Just wanted to clear that up.
So is it a designer you want to be?

If coding is your passion, then you definitely want to go into development not designer work. As a developer it is common feeling that you feel like you have put more story behind the character or part of the game more than the designer has, reason being; you are the one who brought that character to life pretty cool feeling right!? Out of all the jobs in that scene, it seems you would be the game animator which involves coding as well as design, or just a game programmer full on. I think being a game programmer is the most rewarding though.

Yeah that is what i was thinking then, it will take me a while to get used to coding that they use and i am not used too, but thank god for schools

Well I am currently in my first year of university and I am coding pretty much everyday over the summer. Four hours minimum currently. You have to practice outside of your education. I wish you the best of luck man. Do not depend on schooling. Currently I am averaging about eight hours a day of coding.
Let me explain that better. I am not coding for eight hours not stop. Lots of it is just looking at code and understand why it does what it does, at a low level understanding. It is good to know this even for basic syntax.

I won't only code in school man I will also start doing it outside of school since there is a ton of coding websites around and before I even start college I will learn to code at home too

If you are on about websites like codecademy. This site isn't really going to be useful for you as it is very much focused on web development languages. I would start looking at a C++ tutorials or reading a book on C++ or C up to you.
If you know any sites that are focused on C++ besides the documentation pages. Link me I would be very interested.
