It's strange because It didn't load on Chrome for me, but upon checking via IE (both on my cell phone), It was fine.

User agent?
I don't see people typically develop with mobile ie in mind.

Yes, being a browser-based Issue, I'd say you're correct with the user agent.
Or at least that does play a role as to the Inconsistency experienced.

I don't tend to use the mobile site, partially because I'm not so keen on learning a new way to navigate on a much smaller screen. However, I have tested it a few times (when it was updated last) through chrome on my android and found no issues. It's still worth letting us know when you find issues, though!

Still the same on my end via Chrome on my cell phone.
It may well be a resolution Issue. I'll play around with the settings and see what happens.
